• Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Sealed items such as puzzles, collectibles once opened.

3. Please package items securely and use a trackable shipping method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Your Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• If the item is damaged, used, or not returned in original packaging, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
